Terms and Conditions…, 

1. About: We are highly experienced in deliverily cars at well maintained conditions.“Start Your Amazing & Adventures Trip With As…”

2. Age: To book a car , You should be minimum 18yrs old of age and your driving license Should be, at least 6months old;  before the date of travel.

3. Documents: The Customer booking the vehicles needs to be present with Original ID Proof..,Original Aadhar / Pan Card / Passport & Driving License is mandatory at the time of Pickup Vehicle.

4. Kilometers Limit: You have to drive only 350kms/ per day. Note: Offer [JAN-FEB2021]UNLIMITED KMs.

5. Booking Vehicle: After your booking is confirmed, you can pay up to 50% amount in advanced. If you have a confirmed booking & You didn’t pick your car within a time you just inform to GSR Group, then they will give so more time to pick the car, 

then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

6. Pricing Plan: A Customer isn’t allowed to change the pricing plan once booking has been finalized.

7. Fuel: (Without Fuel) Customer to return the vehicles with the same level of fuel as given. If the fuel is less, the GSR Group will  access per prevailing fuel price , amount Will be deducted from deposit.

8. Over Speed: The Vehicle speed limit is 80km/hr. If you go over 80km/hr, You have to pay penalty.GSR Group will charge at Rs.200/- on 1st instance of over speed recorded by our tracker. NOTE: {1st instance Rs.200/- & 2nd instance Rs.300/- and 3rd instance Rs.500/- after third instance. How many instance to add on record to pay penalty. As per Instance.}

9. Drug Violations: Smoking, Drinking & Drug related a violation is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. And any other violations must be fined Rs.1000/.NOTE :{ Especially Drunk & Drive.}

10. Late Return: Late return be Charged at Rs.300/per hour. There will be an additional charge for every hour of delay, beyond the scheduled return of day/time.

11. Traffic & Parking Violations: Any kind of fined imposed on the member during his ride for violation of traffic rules, established by government must be paid in full by yourself only, the company is not responsible for it.

12. Fast Tag:- All over vehicles equipped with fast tag. So all toll charges deducted in Fast Tag for your rental will be deduct from security deposit.

13. Vehicle Repair:- The vehicle has repair, just inform to GSR Group & you service it. If you pay for the service & handed it over to the billing, GSR Group they will take responsibility for it & refunded your money. In case the vehicle breakdown, Customer should call our GSR Group. Incase replacement vehicle has to be sent, only near to point of breakdown. If  Customer wants replacement vehicle to be delivered at their final destination, Same can be done against reimbursement of  fuel cost.

14. Vehicle Damage: Any prominent scratch, dent, missing any accessories, will be billed at the charge & deduct from your deposit. If you security deposit don’t cover the cost of damage, for any reason, GSR Group will be obligated to pay the addition amount as an payment.

15. Cancellation Policy: If booking is cancelled prior to 24 hours from rental start time, no cancellation charges will be applied on advance amount. If booking is cancelled within to 12 - 24hours from rental start time, 10% processing fee will be charged on advance amount .If booking is cancelled within 4 - 12 hours from rental start time, 50% cancelation charge will be applied on the advance  amount. If booking is cancelled within 0 - 4 hours from rental start time or “NO SHOW”, 100% cancelation charge will be applied on the total advance amount.

16. Pets: Pets are not allowed. If you carry a pets in an unavoidable situation, GSR Group will be charge on the cost towards cleaning of interior of vehicle.

17. Key Not Returned: Customer will be charged Rs.1000 to 1500/- at the cost of replacement incase; he/she loses (or) damage the key.

18. Refund Policy: A Customer must pay a minimum amount of Rs.5000/- as security deposit, at the moment your car is being delivered to you. Booking will be only finalized if customer pay the security deposit. The security deposit had once you get back the vehicle to initial pickup point. Incase of violation of late return of vehicle at wrong location & etc, deduct from Security Deposit Balanced money will be refunded to you immediately.
